Rascals Treats is a brand of dog treats owned by Doghouse Kitchen Pty Ltd. 

We at Doghouse Kitchen believe in ensuring and protecting your privacy at all times. For all our business activities we only collect the information needed for the particular function or activity we are carrying out. 

The only way we collect personal information about you is when you give it to us. For example, we collect personal information, such as contact details when you:

We will only provide your name and mailing address to our delivery service provider when you have purchased Rascals Treats via our website. Website and Payment Security

Rascals Treats public website www.rascalstreats.com.au and its online ecommerce store are hosted by Squarespace.

Protecting your personal information is our priority. Both our website and our online store are protected by Squarespace with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means any data transmitted from our site will be encrypted using an SSL. Our SSL will establish an encrypted link between our web server and your browser while visiting our website. As a result, all data will be kept private and safe. 

We do not handle or retain your credit card details when processing payments. We use Stripe and PayPal to process your payments via our online store. When selling at markets and events we use Square to process your payments. Your payments through our online store and at markets and events are protected by their security systems, which also include SSL. Information on Stripe’s, Square’s and PayPal’s security features and their privacy policies can be accessed via their websites.
